The following is the term of the agreement between (Practitioners of Content Creating, Skit Making and Influencer Guild of Nigeria) (company) and the subscriber (subscriber) of services through the company’s website (www.pccsign.ng.org). If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to purchase this form, so please review these terms carefully.
- INTRODUCTION
Subscriber agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this online contract (PCCSIGN e-verification exercise) with respect to the services and information provided by or through the site (www.pccsign.ng.org). The contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between the company and the Subscriber, and supersedes any and all prior or coexistent agreement, representation, warranties, and understandings with respect to the services and information provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Contract. Subscriber agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing anything and purchase of service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.
Subscriber represents and warrants that:
- The credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete
- Charges incurred by the Subscriber will be honored by the Subscriber’s credit card company and
- And Subscriber shall pay charges incurred by Subscriber at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. Subscriber shall be responsible for all charges incurred through the use of subscriber’s password. Subscriber agrees to keep his or her password confidential and to notify the company within 24 hours of any breach of this contract or unauthorized use of the password. Company does not protect Subscriber from unauthorized use of Subscriber’s password.
- Subscription for e verification on this portal by Subscriber does not grant automatic entrance/admission to be eligible for any grant whatsoever as payment of two thousand Naira (2,000) is not intended for subscription to qualify for the/a grant. All applicants must go through detailed and comprehensive verification process by industry experts, company scrutiny to ascertain their level of proficiency.
The content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under the applicable copyrights, trademark, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights, and, the copying, redistribution, use or publication by a Subscriber of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited.
- EDITING, DELATING, AND MODIFICATION
Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the Site and to remove any services for sale without informing or requesting for the sole permission of the Subscriber. Upon notice published over the Services, Company may modify the Contract, or prices, and may discontinue or revise any of the aspects of the Site in its sole discretion, and without prior notice. Modification of this Contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Site with respect to transaction after said date.
Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse services at any time. Subscription of any service is subject to availability.
